The
sigma-Network for excellence in mathematics and statistics support established a Special Interest Group (SIG) in Statistics Support in 2016 which aims to share expertise, good practice and resources for those involved in teaching or supporting statistics in Higher Education.

The next event 'Innovations in teaching and supporting statistics' will be held at Sheffield Hallam University on January 16th 2020. Events and details are advertised through the sigma network
Events pages and the mailing list .
Resources
As well as the self-help resources on many statistical techniques using SPSS, R, SAS and Jamovi, the stats sig has created a number of resources for training and helping statistics tutors.
