Statistics support feedback

We collect feedback for a number of reasons. As well as feedback on the service you receive and who is using the service, we are currently carrying out a small study to assess the impact of statistics support on anxiety and confidence.

We are asking first time users to fill in a quick survey before they receive any support and slightly longer feedback surveys after their first session.
